WHAT IS THE LESSONS' FORMAT?

We in Yalla Chess believe in making chess as fun as possible for the kids. After lots of experimenting, we find that this format works best: 10 minutes - Opening question to make the kids involved, 20 minutes - Chess concept is taught, 10 minutes - a fun game involving the concept, 20 mins - playing chess. Using experience and testing we realized that this 1hr format can teach and keep the kids excited so that they are encouraged to learn.

WHERE & HOW OFTEN DOES CHESS CHEETAHS MEET?

Our location is North Thornhill CC, 300 Pleasant Ridge Ave

Groups consist of up to 12 kids, so feel free to have your child come with friends or siblings!

Our groups operate as follows:

Division A: Fridays at 5:30pm

Division B: Fridays at 4:30pm

Division C: Fridays at 5:30pm

Division D: Fridays at 4:30pm

WHAT ARE OUR PRICES?

Classes 1x per week - 99/month

Classes 2x per week - 168/month

Private tutoring session (1 on 1) - 55/class

Tournaments and events are free for all club members!
